SUSTAINABLE design and spaces and objects with a meaning

Kassandra Lora is an industrial designer and 3D-technician whose work shows the intersection of contemporary aesthetics, technique and sustainability. Born in Stockholm and raised in Bolivia, her practice is deeply rooted in cultural heritage while embracing modern tools as 3D-scanning, 3d-printinG and different 3d-sculpting methoDs with experimental approaches.

By merging digital technologies with ancestral perspectives and beliefs in the interconnectedness of nature, she creates work that resonates across cultural and ecological dimensions.

She holds a Master of Arts in Design Ecologies from Konstfack University of Arts, Crafts, and Design in Stockholm,Sweden and also holds a professional title as a 3D technician and have also studied programming for artists.

Kassandra has worked as designer and creative director on multiple projects and she also works as guest teacher at several renowned design schools and universities in Stockholm. She is a member of the art collective MissChiefs and the tech-art collective Rumtiden Idea Lab and a permanent resident at Värmeverket.

Her practice spans digital and physical creation as sculpture, wearable design, scenography, and digital-to-physical production. Sustainability is central to her work, with explorations in reuse, biocompatible 3D printing materials, and circular design principles.

Kassandra has collaborated with internationally recognized artists, companies and for different TV and film production, blending craft, technology, and ecological awareness in each project.
